These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of kspacegrowth.com (the "Site"), which is operated by K-Space Growth Strategies, LLC ("K-Space," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The content on the Site, including service descriptions, case studies, articles, and the Commercial Readiness Assessment, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. You are responsible for your own business, regulatory, and clinical decisions.

The Commercial Readiness Assessment is an automated self-assessment. Its scores and recommendations are generated automatically from your answers and are general guidance only. They are not a professional evaluation of your company, and their usefulness depends on the accuracy of your answers.

Using the Site, submitting a form, taking the assessment, or emailing us does not create a consulting, advisory, or other client relationship with K-Space. A client relationship begins only when you and K-Space sign a written agreement, and any engagement is governed by that agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

Please do not send confidential information through the Site before a written agreement is in place.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the assessment questions, are owned by K-Space Growth Strategies, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view, download, and print pages for your own informational, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, republish, or distribute Site content for any other purpose, or use the K-Space name or logo, without our written permission.

The Site links to websites that we do not control, such as LinkedIn and keenr.ai (opens in new tab). We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Keenr AI is a separate company founded by Vinod Kaimal; its products and services are governed by its own terms.

The Site and its content, including the Commercial Readiness Assessment, are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K-Space and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, including the assessment, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. If you are dissatisfied with the Site, your sole remedy is to stop using it.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
