This Privacy Policy explains how K-Space Growth Strategies, LLC ("K-Space," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit kspacegrowth.com (the "Site"), send a message through the contact form, apply for the GTM Accelerator, or take the Commercial Readiness Assessment.
Who we are
K-Space Growth Strategies, LLC is the consulting practice of Vinod (Vinny) Kaimal. It operates the Site and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at vinny@kspacegrowth.com.
Keenr AI (keenr.ai (opens in new tab)) is a separate company founded by Vinod Kaimal. Its websites and products have their own privacy policy; this policy covers kspacegrowth.com only.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to send us, plus limited technical information that is collected automatically when you use the Site.
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
- GTM Accelerator application: your name, email address, company, company website (optional), and what you hope to accomplish in the next 6-12 months.
- Commercial Readiness Assessment: your company stage, your answers to the assessment questions (including anything you type into the optional text fields), the scores calculated from your answers, and your name, email address, company, and job title (optional).
- Email: anything you include when you email us or reply to an email from us.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 collects information about how you use the Site, such as the pages you visit, how you interact with them (for example, scrolling, clicking links to other sites, and using forms), the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. See "Cookies and Google Analytics" below.
- Server logs: our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, in order to deliver the Site and keep it secure.
- Assessment email limits: to prevent misuse of the results email, the Site keeps rate-limit records. They contain one-way (SHA-256) hashes of your email address and IP address plus timestamps, not the addresses themselves, and are used only to limit how many results emails can be sent within a window of up to 24 hours.
How we use information
- To respond to your message or application and discuss whether we might work together.
- To calculate your assessment results and email a copy to you.
- To follow up with you about your inquiry, application, or assessment. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve its content.
- To keep the Site and its forms secure, including preventing spam and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run the Site. Each handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Netlify hosts the Site, receives and stores form and assessment submissions, runs the function that sends assessment results, and stores the rate-limit records described above.
- Resend delivers the email containing your assessment results.
- Google provides Google Analytics.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep information
We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your application, or maintain our business relationship with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.
The assessment rate-limit records are not deleted automatically. Timestamps older than the limit window are removed when a later request for a results email updates the same record; otherwise the records stay until we delete them, which you can ask us to do at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information;
- stop contacting you.
To make a request, email vinny@kspacegrowth.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights, such as the right to object to or restrict certain processing or to complain to a data protection authority. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (such as _ga) to tell visits and visitors apart. Apart from Google Analytics, the Site does not set cookies.

Please do not send health information
The Site is for business inquiries. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI), patient information, or other sensitive personal information through the Site's forms, the assessment, or email.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, and the Site is served over HTTPS so information you submit is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International visitors
The Site is hosted in the United States. If you use it from outside the United States, the information you submit will be transferred to and processed in the United States, and in other countries where our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
